• Info Products: digital guides, market reports, e-books.
• Goods: printed brochures, branded items, welcome kits.

4. Service Terms

Our residential property selection services include personalized consultations and viewing arrangements. Booking is confirmed upon payment. Service slots may be rescheduled up to 7 days before the appointment. Certain services, such as exclusive site visits, are non-refundable due to resource allocation. This ensures full dedication of our team and partner providers on the scheduled date.

5. Info Product Terms

Digital materials are delivered electronically. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided no files have been downloaded. After download, no refund is available.

6. Goods Terms

Physical items are shipped to the address provided. You may return goods in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for services, unless stated otherwise, are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. To request a cancellation or transfer, contact us via the contact form.

7.2 Info Products

Full refund if requested within 14 days and no download. Requests made after delivery or download are not eligible.

7.3 Goods

Return within 30 days in original condition for a refund. After inspection, the amount paid will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days.

7.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings, such as exclusive site visits, are non-refundable. We dedicate time, venue access, and partner arrangements that cannot be reallocated on short notice.
